Fox Valley Collaborative

Here's a link to our application.  We are currently accepting freshmen and sophomores, as well as rising 9th graders for fall 2011 admission. 

We still have 10-15 openings to fill.  We are looking for lots of applications to choose from, so please apply! 

If you have any questions in regards to filling out the application, please contact us.  When your application is complete, please mail it to or drop it off at our office, located at 128 N. Oneida St., Appleton, WI  54911. Only complete applications will be accepted!

** We have recently added an on-line application, which can be filled out on this site and submitted right away. Student and parent/guardian must fill out application together. 

• One Saturday a month, we will be meeting at Lawrence University and Fox Valley Tech (alternating months) for test prep, guest speakers, team-building, and other activities.  We might also do either a campus field trip, cultural activity, or other field trip.  Following are the dates on which Saturday programs are planned (these dates are subject to change, and we will let you know in advance if that is case).  Times of activities are from 9:00am--12:00pm unless otherwise noted.

Summer Program:

Our tutoring sessions are one of the most important components of the Upward Bound program.  These sessions are mandatory unless students are in a school-related extra-curricular activity.
